Whether you want to visit the pulsating Bangkok nightclubs, or the quiet mountain villages, flights to Thailand are openings to another world. Drawing more visitors than anywhere else in Southeast Asia, Thailand offers a mix of delicious cuisine, inspirational temples, astounding natural beauty and magnificent ancient ruins. Visit the historical city of Ayutthaya, a world heritage site, or the war cemeteries of Kanchanaburi, which is the home of the bridge over the river Kwai. Relax on a delightful beach, or visit one of the stunning national parks. Flights into the gateways at Bangkok and Phuket open up an incredible variety of places to visit.
Thailand flights are often heavily booked, so book well in advance and reconfirm prior to travel as per your airline's policy. Cheap flights to Thailand may be scarce, but a comparison of available prices will make sure you get the best deal possible. Flights take around eleven to thirteen hours from the UK, but can extend up to twenty hours if a change of plane is required.

Peak Season
Flights are at a premium during the peak months of February and March, August, November and December. February and March are, overall, the best times to visit Thailand, but flights will cost more at these times of benign weather. Remember that it is a stopping off point to Australia and demand for flights down under can affect availability.
Off Season
Flight prices may be a little lower during the less popular months of April to June and September and October. The unpredictable rainy season, during which monsoons may be experienced, is from July to November, when flights will most likely be at their cheapest, for those who are willing to brave changeable weather.
